REACH Free Helpline Service

Ethnic Minority Link Worker Support Helpline is a free service available in Glasgow City, South & North Lanarkshire, East Dunbartonshire and East Renfrewshire. Currently they provide this service in English, Polish, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

 

The service is available to anyone who seeks help to link up with a variety of different support services and offers an opportunity to people from ethnic minorities to seek help in some of the ethnic languages. Callers may need support such as counselling, benefits, access to foodbank, housing, employment or any other kind. The service directs callers to the correct support services, also according to their language requirements, and helps them to connect with those services.

The service is available: Monday – Friday, 10am – 5pm.
